Hills Building Consultants offer a comprehensive and fully independent pre-purchase property inspection service.
Our dedicated and thorough inspector has over ten years’ experience in the building industry and a sharp eye for the details others miss. We pride ourselves on providing detailed and comprehensive reports that present all information in a clear, easy to read, format with plenty of photos to fully describe the building's condition and any defects found.
We rate defects for urgency and seriousness to leave no doubt in your mind as to the buildings condition. We typically spend two or more hours on site checking for all of the things you can so easily miss at a home open or viewing.
All reports are in compliance with Australian Standards 4349.1 and 4349.3 and we are fully insured for your peace of mind, accredited by Housesafe and a member of the Pre Purchase Inspectors national registry.

Timber Pest Inspection:
$200
We offer a timber pest inspection service that includes a thought check of the building and grounds within 30 metres for any sign of live termites, termite damage or conditions that could be conducive to termites or other timber pest attack.
